Who wants a copy when you can have the real thing?  Hebrews 8:1-5 

At the start of chapter 8 the writer to the Hebrews tells us where Jesus now is and what He is doing. The writer reminds us that everything that the priests of Aaron did was a shadow, a copy, a sign of everything that was to be fulfilled in the priestly work of Jesus. Now Jesus has come the writer makes the point: who wants to worship a sign, when you can worship the real person.
I was blessed as I prepared this week’s message, there are lots of golden nuggets of encouragement in this week’s text. I pray that you will be encouraged and blessed too!

Where we meet

Our church is based in Honley, in the Holme Valley, four miles south of Huddersfield. We worship on Sunday evenings at 18:00pm in the Trinity Church building at Moorbottom.
