Patient Endurance – What to do when you are waiting for your prayers to be answered. Hebrews 10: 19-39

Have you ever had a situation where you have wondered whether God is ever going to answer your prayer?
You have prayed and prayed. You know it’s the right thing to be praying for, you know it’s God will, but there is a delay in the answer coming. Not just a delay but a long and sometimes difficult delay. We can become frustrated and disillusioned.
“God won’t you just answer my prayer now!”
It’s at those times that we need what the writer to the Hebrews describes as “patient endurance”. This Sunday evening I will talk how we can patiently endure and not give up whilst we are waiting for the answer to our prayers.

Where we meet

Our church is based in Honley, in the Holme Valley, four miles south of Huddersfield. We worship on Sunday evenings at 18:00pm in the Trinity Church building at Moorbottom.
